Dear Parents, Carers, Learners & Partners,

This framework has been created to be a common language of Skills across all contexts where people grow: in our curriculum; in our extracurricular programme; in our personal lives; in our work. As young people develop, we take opportunities to prompt self-reflection on how skills and qualities are being developed. We look backwards to our experiences so far; we look inwards to our qualities and how we feel about our achievements and behaviours; and we look forwards to future careers and life aspirations, to become the skilled person we want to be.
