We are committed to moving beyond a curriculum blinkered to exam preparation. Instead, we strive for a skills focus: especially on the foundational competencies that unlock future learning in a changing world; and then to a focus on transformative competencies that empower individuals and communities to shape that future world. Learner growth toward a future of wellbeing has become our ongoing measure of whether our curriculum is working. Growth is what happens when learners needs and interests are matched by their curriculum.
We have begun a change journey toward a Growth Curriculum. We began our journey in S4 during the years 23-24. We aim to launch our new S1-2 curriculum in 24-25 with a Project Based curriculum in S1.
